MY BATTLE WITH THE BULGE

My name’s Rachel Dawson, and I’m in the best shape of my life. “What, are you bragging or something?” I hear you ask, and the answer is yes. Yes I am. You see, I used to be more than a little overweight. In fact, just eight weeks ago I weighed 178 pounds!

My weight-loss journey started about a year ago when, on my 40th birthday, I had a good, long look at myself. It sure sounded like a winning weight-loss combination to me!
